The field team is growing due to the expansion of blood collection locations in the region. A new colleague is sought for blood collection. You enjoy working independently, in your own region, and without evening or weekend shifts.
What you will do.
- You will start your workday at 8:00 AM at a blood collection point in the region.
- From there, you will travel independently to various locations, such as general practices, nursing homes, and small collection points in the neighborhood.
- Every day you will drive a different route.
- You will visit patients at home or in a healthcare institution and perform venipunctures and capillary blood collections.
- For thrombosis service patients, you will directly determine blood values with a finger prick and discuss the results.
- With your calm and personal approach, you will put patients at ease and often be a familiar face.
- During your route, you will carefully process patient data in the systems and ensure everything complies with quality and safety guidelines.
- You will work from Monday to Friday.
- At the end of your workday, you will hand in your materials at one of the organization's locations.
- The possibilities of making city cars and electric cargo bikes available are being investigated.
Profile
- Preferably a healthcare diploma at MBO level, such as Helpende, Verzorgende IG, Doktersassistent, or Verpleegkundige.
- A relevant medical or healthcare education is also welcome.
- Experience with venipuncture is a big plus; the skill will be taught during your induction period if necessary.
- Experience in healthcare and accustomed to working independently.
- Ability to professionally handle diverse patients and home situations.
- Work carefully, take responsibility, and communicate clearly with patients and their relatives.
- Possess a B driving license and a personal car.
