You will work as a Sales Assistant for an international food company. You maintain your freedom, quickly find new assignments, and simplify administration through a specialized partner.
What you do
- Correctly process orders in SAP and ensure smooth goods delivery and invoicing.
- Plan and closely monitor transports to guarantee timely delivery.
- Check and approve invoices from transporters and other logistics partners.
- Perform stock controls at external warehouses, monitor goods availability, and create purchase orders (POs) in SAP.
- Collect, pack, and ship product samples from production according to established procedures.
What they ask
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent by experience.
- Fluent in Dutch, English, and French.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of SAP.
