HWO Supervisor
As a Supervisor, you have overall on-site responsibility for personnel and equipment. You act as the primary interface between the organization and the customer on location and ensure all operations are executed safely, efficiently and in full compliance with the organization's procedures and QHSE standards. This role offers the opportunity to further develop your leadership skills while working on challenging well intervention projects within a growing and ambitious organization.
What you do
- Act as the first point of contact between the organization and the customer regarding operational programs, safety and environmental matters.
- Supervise daily site operations, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with plans and procedures.
- Lead by example and ensure Quality, Safety and Environmental standards are consistently applied.
- Initiate and lead safety meetings (e.g. daily Tool Box Talks), manage Observation Cards and initiate investigations following accidents, incidents or non-conformances.
- Motivate and guide on-site personnel to deliver a high-quality service to the customer.
- Oversee all rig-up and rig-down preparations and ensure equipment is checked, tested and certified prior to operations.
- Ensure equipment is maintained according to the organization's procedures and instructions.
- Manage, track and record all equipment on site, including rental equipment.
- Manage changes to project scope or equipment in line with the organization's Management of Change (MOC) procedure.
- Report equipment and project-related issues to the Project Engineer and inform the Operations Manager.
- Report all personnel-related matters directly to the Operations Manager.
- Produce clear and detailed daily operational reports and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
- Complete competence assessments for each crew member on every hitch.
- Execute assigned Safety Critical Tasks.
- Act as the HSEQ Leader on site, responsible for HSEQ communication within the crew.
What they ask
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Snubbing / HWO operations.
Profile
- Intermediate Technical Education or equivalent.
Required Training & Certifications.
- OPITO / NOPEGA BOSIET with HUET and CA-EBS
- OPITO / NOPEGA FOET with HUET and CA-EBS
- IWCF Drilling Supervisor Level 4 (Surface) or IWCF Well Intervention Level 4
- VCA VOL (The Netherlands only)
- MIST

Skills & Competencies.
- Strong QHSE mindset and leadership capability
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related systems
- Able to communicate confidently with customers, crew members and management
