You act as the "antennae" to identify improvements in business operations so that quick and adequate support can be provided with IT and IV improvements.
What you will do.
- You translate user needs into practical IT solutions and support the execution of information management processes.
- Practical solutions may include the deployment of mobile applications (apps), the application of RPA (Robotic Process Automation), the use of low-code development, setting up dashboards using MS Power BI with management information, or configuring company-specific SharePoint sites.
- You analyze data flows, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to make information provision more efficient and future-proof.
- You support the development and management of policies and standards in the areas of data management, archiving, and information security.
- You are an important point of contact for colleagues and managers regarding questions about information systems, digital collaboration, and guidelines in the field of information management.

- You are strongly analytical, results-oriented, and skilled in communication.
- You are good at collaboration and know how to bring structure to your work.
- You have a sense of administrative relationships and understand the importance of reliable and secure information within a government organization.
- With your social skills and visible decisiveness, you know how to build trust, enabling you to guide organizations through a change process.
What they ask
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree, for example in Business Administration or Information Science.
- Experience with information management, process analysis, and IT support in a complex organization.
- Preferably, experience with methodologies such as BiSL, ITIL, or Prince2.
Practical
- From 2025, employees will no longer receive holiday pay and the year-end bonus as separate payments, but will accrue them monthly via the Individual Choice Budget (IKB).
- The IKB for employees amounts to a total of 16.33 percent of the salary.
- With the IKB, employees can decide for themselves when, on what, and how much budget they spend on time, money, or tax facilities.
- The IKB can be used for:
- A maximum of 15 percent of the salary can be used monthly for the exchange of the commuting allowance.
- The monthly difference between the allowance for personal transport costs for commuting and the fiscal maximum.
- A bicycle for personal use, including bicycle accessories and bicycle insurance.
- A computer that can also be used for work or study, including computer accessories and computer insurance.
- A battery or electrical components for a bicycle.
- Payment of trade union contributions.
- The organization expects to further expand the possibilities of the IKB in the future.
