- Provide social work where possible
- (Re)assess support issues in the areas of health and behavior (guidance and day activities)
- (Re)assess support issues in the areas of housing, roles
Profile
- Experienced Wmo district team member
- Extensive experience in (re)assessing support issues
- Possesses the necessary communication skills
- Possesses relevant professional knowledge
- Able to convincingly articulate their vision on the assignment execution
What they ask
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the Wmo field
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree
- Willingness to sign an integrity declaration from the client organization
- Willingness to provide a valid VOG (certificate of good conduct) (risk areas 1, 4 and 8) before the start of activities
Preferences.
- Completed WMO training or HBO Social Work
- Demonstrable work experience as a WMO consultant within a public organization
