What you do
- Handle customer requests by phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Advise customers on charging solutions and associated services.
- Provide first-level technical support.
- Diagnose common problems and ensure administrative follow-up of customer files.

- Ability to communicate easily in English.
- Higher secondary education diploma.
- Strong interest in customer service and technical subjects.
- Proficient with IT tools.
