A public organization is looking for an IT Recruiter to manage the talent acquisition process from A to Z. You will contribute to ICT systems that have an impact on society.
What you do
- Analyze recruitment needs and establish attractive job profiles.
- Identify potential candidates via social networks, specialized platforms, and the internal database.
- Support candidates throughout the selection process, up to contract signing.
- Act as a true recruitment partner for various stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, university events, and other IT events.
- Continuously develop your network and that of the organization via social media.
- Contribute to general HR projects, depending on your interests and acquired expertise.
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Strong affinity with IT.
- Relevant experience in recruitment, ideally of IT profiles.
- Good oral knowledge of Dutch.
