Support the permanent HR Functional Management team during the implementation of a new E-HRM system, where the organization is migrating from ADP Workforce to Youforce.
- Remain actively involved for the first six months after go-live.
- Focus on the optimal setup, management, and continuous improvement of HR processes within Youforce.
- Guide functional administrators and resolve functional issues.
- You are expected to be strong at the intersection of ICT and HRM, analytically strong, and able to support organizations in digitizing and optimizing HR processes.
What you do
- Manage and configure Youforce modules.
- Make a significant contribution to data migration, testing, acceptance, and setup during the transition from ADP Workforce to Youforce.
- Support the Functional Management team in analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving functional reports.
- Monitor the links and data flows between Youforce and other systems, ensuring the HR chain continues to function stably and reliably.

- Extensive experience at the intersection of ICT and HRM.
- Strong analytical skills and a natural drive to digitize and improve HR processes.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and communicates clearly.
- Thinks critically and has a practical, solution-oriented approach.
- Quickly builds trust and contributes to good cooperation within the team and with other departments.
- Accustomed to working both in an advisory and executive capacity.
- Feels comfortable in a dynamic implementation environment.
- A hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, and results-orientation are indispensable.

- Worked as a functional administrator with Youforce for the past 5 years.
- Work experience with the setup of the following Youforce modules:
- Template management
- Absence management
- Digital Personnel File
- Youforce reporting
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the (semi-)public sector gained in the past 5 years.
Preferences.
- Work experience with ADP Workforce and migrations to other HR systems.
- Work experience gained as a functional administrator at a government organization.
- Work experience with implementation projects.
- Work experience with supporting and securing links between HR systems and other business applications.
