Healthcare Psychologist
A client who finally dares to tell what is really going on: this only happens if a therapist is given the space to be there for that person. At a mental healthcare organization, the focus is on attention at the moments that matter: careful diagnostics, a tailor-made treatment plan, and colleagues who think along with you when you get stuck. The organization is characterized by:
- Professional autonomy: you determine, together with the client, which evidence-based treatment method is most suitable, instead of a fixed protocol
- Small, close-knit teams (6 to 21 colleagues per location) within an organization of approximately 80 employees in total: short lines between colleagues and decision-makers
- Nine disciplines under one roof, from orthopedagogue to psychiatrist, so always a colleague with a different perspective
- Structural development: training, case discussions, and knowledge sharing between disciplines, up to training new healthcare psychologists themselves
Personal attention, professionalism, quality, commitment, and development are reflected in how work is organized within this organization: tailor-made support per client instead of a fixed protocol, small teams with short lines of communication, and structural space to keep your skills up to date. You will work in one of the treatment teams, with various locations in the region.
