You play a key role in the digital transformation of an international manufacturing company. You have a passion for IT systems and data and help management set the course for ambitious growth. You are the bridge between business, IT systems, and data. You collaborate operationally and substantively with department heads across the entire group, from Sales and Supply Chain to Manufacturing and Quality, translating their needs into smart analyses, ERP configurations, and Power BI dashboards that are actually used.
You are part of the IT team and report to the Head of IT. You are the link that makes data work for the entire organization.
What you do
- You analyze business processes of all departments (Sales & Customer Service, Supply Chain Logistics, Procurement, Product Costing & Pricing, Manufacturing, and Quality) and translate them into pragmatic configurations in the business software.
- You build and manage Power BI dashboards that provide stakeholders with correct, usable information, and continuously develop them further.
- You explain functional analyses to the ERP administrator and software engineer, coordinate development and implementation, and thoroughly test new business processes before go-live.
- You monitor data quality and set up monitoring systems and reporting structures that structurally strengthen the organization.
- You actively investigate how AI can elevate the organization to a higher level: you identify concrete opportunities and translate them into improvement projects around efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.
- You guide users in the introduction of new processes and tools, with a focus on adoption, not just implementation.
What they ask
- Master's degree in IT or equivalent level acquired through years of experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in ERP systems, digitalization, and business analysis in a production environment.
- Driven by data, statistics, and AI, and draws energy from concrete results.
- Proficient in Power BI: ETL, DAX, and dashboard design.
- Strong analytical thinking and easily switches to configurations and applications.
- Fluent communication in Dutch and English.
- A 'can-do' mentality: ownership, solution-oriented thinking, execution.
- Cross-functional connector: speaks both the language of business and IT.
- At home with SQL (SQL Server / PostgreSQL), BPMN, and UML data modeling.
- Hands-on and makes results visible.
