As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful realization of projects within a vaccination program. You ensure a systematic approach, monitor progress, and bring together the right people and expertise to achieve project goals. You work on projects with direct societal impact in an environment with many different interests, disciplines, and collaboration partners. You bring structure, maintain an overview, and ensure that plans are actually converted into results.

- Drawing up and monitoring project plans, schedules, milestones
- Organizing decision-making and progress meetings
- Monitoring risks, dependencies, and project results
- Connecting stakeholders and building support
- Reporting to clients and program manager on progress and results
- Ensuring proper implementation and transfer of results
Profile
You will work closely with the program manager, content advisors, and other involved stakeholders. While the content responsibility for the projects lies with the relevant specialists, you are responsible for the project organization, planning, decision-making, coordination, and realization. An important part of your activities is guiding projects focused on a target group-oriented approach. You ensure that involved parties collaborate effectively, agreements made are adhered to, and results are achieved.

- Completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level
- Work experience in the past 3 years in the role of project manager
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2
