Within an organization that uses a budgetary and accounting platform based on SAP, the business analyst supports the finance teams in their requests for corrections, improvements, and evolutions.
What you will do.
- Review, analyze, and challenge needs to avoid low-value functionalities and unnecessarily complex solutions, with the goal of simplification and performance.
- Support the business during user acceptance testing (UAT) phases for releases and projects.
- Coordinate tests performed by external parties and business teams, ensuring overall quality and good synchronization of stakeholders.
- Contribute to absorbing the volume of requests.
- Maintain quality support for business users.
- Facilitate coordination between various stakeholders.
Profile
- Confirmed experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in process mapping and modeling (BPMN).
- In-depth knowledge of general accounting.
- Good knowledge of budgetary accounting.
- Confirmed experience in ERP environments.
- Good knowledge of several SAP modules including: Business Partners, BPC, FI, FM-BCS, VIM, TRM, PS CD, AA.
- Experience with Jira.
- Experience in conducting tests and supporting acceptance phases.
- Knowledge of Sparx Enterprise Architect.
- Understanding of webservices.
- Team spirit and collaboration.
- Autonomy.
- Ability to clarify and synthesize.
- Open-mindedness.
- Clear communication and structured articulation of information.
- Structured analysis.
- French language required.
