You will have the opportunity to work within a renowned international group, active in accounting, tax, and administrative support for both Belgian and international clients. The structure currently has about twenty employees spread across several teams, composed of junior, medior, and senior profiles. You will work on a deliberately limited number of cases, but with a real level of technicality. What you will do.
- You will support the various supervisors in managing their teams and provide your expertise when necessary;
- You will ensure the overall monitoring of accounting activities and oversee the proper organization of portfolios within the different teams;
- You will be involved in the integration of new clients and participate in the distribution of cases based on the skills and capacities of each team;
- You will take part in the development of employees by guiding them on technical aspects and promoting knowledge transfer;
- You will participate in the implementation of training as well as various interviews and performance evaluations;
- You will also be in regular contact with the accounting managers of other international entities to ensure effective communication, reliable reporting, and consistency of working methods;
- You will actively contribute to the growth of the department while maintaining significant freedom in managing your responsibilities.
Profile
- You hold the title of certified accountant and wish to apply your experience in an international environment;
- You have at least 7 years of experience in a fiduciary firm or a comparable environment, with significant initial experience in team supervision;
- Your professional level of English allows you to communicate easily with an international clientele as well as with the group's various teams;
- You are a person capable of guiding your employees by prioritizing delegation, trust, and accountability;
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable with preparing reports and presenting results.
