- Operating the CNC machine and being responsible for the production process
- Adjusting CNC programs
- Reading and understanding technical drawings and specifications
- Setting up and selecting the correct tools
- Performing daily control rounds
- Supervising the running machines
- Performing tasks necessary for the finishing of products
- Maintaining the CNC machine and your workplace neatly
- Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of quality and efficiency
- Working according to applicable safety regulations

What they ask
- Minimum MBO (intermediate vocational education) working and thinking level
- Experience operating a CNC machine
- Experience with the Campus/Holzher program is a plus
- You can read and understand technical drawings and instructions
- You have knowledge and experience with tools
- You are proactive and helpful towards colleagues
- You have strong communication skills
