You ensure that contracts are not only well-managed but also contribute to the continuity and quality of care for the participants.
What you will do. As a contract manager, you create the conditions for colleagues to perform their work optimally. Thanks to your efforts, they can make a daily difference for people in areas such as sheltered living, foster care, and addiction care. You are the director of the contract management process. You:
- contribute from the initial idea for a tender to discussions about scope, conditions, risks
- translate the tender strategy into concrete, workable agreements
- guide the process to signing and ensure smooth execution
- monitor contractual agreements, timely signal changes, and initiate extensions or renegotiations
- proactively advise and propose improvements to further professionalize and strategically deploy contract management
You work closely with regional managers and department managers and are a strong discussion partner. For administrative tasks, you receive support from a colleague. This allows you to focus on content-related direction, relationship management, process improvement, and strategic advice. You are part of a team where, in addition to a solid foundation, value is placed on an open atmosphere, short lines of communication, and humor. Together, you ensure that good care remains possible.
Profile
- You have experience with contract management and know how to translate contractual agreements into practice
- You have a relevant HBO diploma (higher professional education)
- Thanks to your strong communication skills, you easily connect with various stakeholders, both within and outside the organization
- You are able to work process-oriented and maintain an overview, even when working on multiple tasks simultaneously
- You are a Christian and can indicate what that means to you.
