Profile
You will guide the professionalization and sustainable embedding of the postal process. In doing so, you will connect process content, change management guidance, and implementation. You will shape the approach together with involved employees, process owners, and chain partners.
What they ask
- Minimum of a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable work experience as a change management specialist, organizational consultant, or process facilitator in complex organizations
- Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
Preferences.
- Work experience with chain processes related to document, case, information, or mail processing and with the connection between physical and digital workflows
- Quality of the proposed participatory approach
- Work experience with RASCI/RACI, process governance, training, and transfer to the line organization
