A specialized construction company is looking for an Account Manager for the expansion of its activities in the region. You will be part of the company's expansion in the region, working in tandem with another colleague and your manager on various industrial projects (SME parks, warehouses, agricultural buildings, etc.).
What you will do.
- Establish and strengthen a solid network with architects and other key players in real estate development and construction
- Act as an advisor in the design and implementation of projects, taking into account client needs (good technical knowledge in construction required!)
- Work with teams to translate client ideas into concrete concepts
- Supervise the project at a technical level to ensure its feasibility
- Manage contractual negotiations with various clients and establish the project budget to finalize the operation
- Report directly to the commercial director
Profile
- Experience in semi-industrial construction/real estate, with a required background in construction/engineering
- Be from the region or surroundings, and speak French (knowledge of Dutch and English is a plus)
- Ability to communicate and manage various contacts and stakeholders during projects
- Commercial flair
