For an organization, you will be responsible for large and complex new-build residential projects. This includes large-scale apartment complexes, urban housing projects, and extensive new-build developments where various parties and disciplines come together. As a Project Manager, you will be involved from an early stage in the projects and form an important link between development, preparation, and realization.
You maintain an overview of the entire project and ensure that the various involved parties collaborate effectively. You are responsible for the integrated management of one or more projects, monitoring planning, quality, finances, and progress.
What you will do.
- Lead and coordinate large and complex new-build residential projects
- Manage and coordinate internal and external project teams
- Monitor planning, budget, quality
- Collaborate with developers, architects, constructors, consultants, contractors, and other involved parties
- Assess and monitor the technical and financial feasibility of projects
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities throughout the project
- Adjust in a timely manner when planning, budget, or quality requires it
- Monitor agreements made and contractual obligations
- Report on progress, finances, risks, and important decision moments
- Ensure good cooperation and handover between the different project phases
- Act as a central point of contact for the various involved parties
Profile
- Experienced Project Manager with extensive experience in residential construction and large-scale new-build projects
- Accustomed to independently bearing responsibility for extensive projects
- Able to effectively switch between different parties and interests
- Maintains an overview, is decisive, and knows when to delve into content
- Experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Leader, or Project Director within residential construction, new-build, or a comparable environment
