Reinforcement is sought for a dynamic hospital department within a combined orthopedics and acute geriatrics unit. You will join a multidisciplinary team where quality of care and patient-centered work are central.
What you do
- Responsible for the daily care of patients in orthopedics and acute geriatrics
- Performing nursing technical procedures
- Monitoring the patient's general condition (physical and psychosocial)
- Collaborating closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals
- Actively contributing to high-quality and smooth care delivery
- Observing, reporting, and intervening promptly when necessary
- Ensuring correct and accurate administration
- Contributing to a safe and structured working environment
- Dealing with a varied patient population
- Flexibly switching between different care situations
What they ask
- Nursing diploma (bachelor or HBO5)
- Experience in orthopedics and/or geriatrics is a strong plus
- Good clinical insight and ability to set priorities
- Work accurately and take responsibility
- Strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team
- Ability to adapt easily to a dynamic work environment
- Willingness to work early and late shifts
Practical
- Possibility of full-time employment, 80% is negotiable
- Working early and late shifts
