You will work at a residential facility, part of an intensive care cluster. Sixteen adults (24-65 years) with severe intellectual disabilities and challenging behavior live here. The facility consists of four linked houses. The team is known for its strong commitment and excellent collaboration. Together, you ensure a stable and safe living environment where clients feel comfortable.
During night shifts, you work independently, but you can rely on Digicontact and an on-site sleep service for questions or emergencies.
What you will do. As a night care supervisor, you ensure that clients have a calm and safe night.
- Monitor peace and safety during the night
- Perform care and nursing technical actions
- Support and care for clients as needed
- Check and administer medication
- Identify needs and respond to them
- Perform light household tasks
- Ensure clear reports and handovers
- Contribute to a relaxed and safe atmosphere
