You are passionate about sports, particularly lacrosse, and enjoy inspiring students. You will be responsible for coaching a men's team for a student lacrosse club. You will lead a weekly two-hour training session on the outdoor fields of a sports center. The team consists of approximately 60 members, ranging from beginners to experienced players, and competes in the 2nd Division of the national lacrosse league.
What you will do.
- Coach and develop both competitive and recreational players.
- Improve technical, tactical, and physical skills.
- Raise the overall playing standard and enjoyment of the sport.
- Achieve strong results in competition.
- Participate several times a year in team meetings, staff meetings, professional development activities, and social events outside regular working hours.
