A government organization is temporarily seeking an experienced project and capacity planner to create insight and control over available and required capacity within ongoing projects, programs, and regular activities. The assignment also involves contributing to and preparing for a smooth connection to a future PPPM setup within the organization.
What you will do.
- Inventory ongoing projects, programs, and activities.
- Establish and maintain an integrated capacity planning.
- Make available and required capacity transparent.
- Identify capacity bottlenecks and advise on possible solutions and scenarios.
- Support management in prioritizing activities and projects.
- Develop management information, reports, and dashboards.
- Set up planning and reporting processes.
Profile
- Experienced project and capacity planner.
- Able to advise management and project leaders on planning, prioritization, and capacity issues.
Preferences.
- Possesses 1 or more references.
- Has recent work experience in a similar role.
- Possesses good communication skills.
- Possesses political and administrative sensitivity.
- Is results-oriented.
- Can work both independently and in a team.
