As a Machine Adjustment and Maintenance Technician, you play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of production lines within a manufacturing company. You will be responsible for machine preparation, series changes, and maintaining optimal performance. Your technical expertise will have a direct impact on production quality and workflow.
What you do
- Replacing coils on machines
- Regular cleaning and maintenance of your workstation
- Handling loads using a forklift
- Adjusting machines before each production launch
- Using measuring instruments such as a micrometer
- Analyzing and resolving mechanical problems
- Participating in the conditioning and palletizing of finished products
- Participating in preventive maintenance to limit production stoppages
What they ask
- Confirmed experience as a machine setter, technical operator, or similar role in an industrial environment
- Solid basic knowledge of industrial mechanics
- Proficiency in precision measuring tools (micrometer, etc.)
- Forklift license ideally appreciated
- Sense of organization and rigor
- Team spirit, proactivity
- Flexibility to work in 2 shifts
- Motivation to grow in a dynamic organization
- Higher secondary education diploma required
- 1 to 10 years of relevant experience
