What you will do. As a project leader, you are responsible for the preparation, coordination, and execution of various spatial projects, such as housing construction, recreation, and commercial activities. You achieve project objectives within the agreed frameworks of time, money, quality, and risks.

- Conducting negotiations with, among others, landowners, developers, operators, interest groups, and other authorities
- Preparing and guiding sales procedures for municipal land, including contract formation
- Preparing and guiding tenders for works and services
- Organizing and guiding participation and interaction with residents, entrepreneurs and other stakeholders
- Monitoring coherence between different components and interests within the project
What they ask
- Completed education at HBO level (higher professional education) minimum
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience as a project leader
- Demonstrable work experience in spatial planning and urban planning
- Demonstrable work experience in managing and coordinating projects and processes
- Agreement with the stated secondment conditions
