As a Real Estate Agent, you guide clients from the first conversation to the completion of their purchase or sale, ensuring their interests are always central. You make a real difference with your knowledge, strategic insight, and commitment.
What you will do.
- You independently guide the complete purchase and sale of properties, aiming for an optimal customer experience.
- You discuss purchase deeds and maintain contacts with potential clients, candidates, and advisors.
- You actively build a network of potential clients and acquire new assignments.
- You use modern means to be visible both online (social media) and offline, and cross-sell to colleagues in insurance and mortgages.
- You continuously contribute to process improvements.
Profile
- Completed Candidate Real Estate Agent (K-RMT) training.
- Work experience in a similar role.
- In possession of a driver's license.
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both written and spoken.
- Strong social skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Experience with networking and visibility through modern means and social media.
Nice-to-haves.
- Knowledge of Realworks.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Solution-oriented and customer-focused.
