Manager Supply Planning

You will represent the supply chain within a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for end-to-end supply planning within this team. This means ensuring a strategic supply plan and its translation into and execution of tactical and operational plans for various crops and underlying crop segments, so that the objectives are achieved. You will lead the S&OP process in close coordination with Marketing & Sales, Demand Planning, Portfolio Management, R&D, and Production.

In this role, your responsibilities include:

• Leading and collaborating across different disciplines
• Fostering a growth culture for both products and employees
• Managing, motivating, coaching, and developing the team to achieve optimal performance and alignment with objectives
• Playing a key role in building and expanding end-to-end planning capabilities
• Setting up and continuously improving planning processes and workflows
• Driving the implementation of advanced planning systems, including long-term planning, inventory management, product quality management, and order flow management

You will report to a Supply Chain leader and actively contribute within the multidisciplinary team.

• A university degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar role
• Practical experience working in multidisciplinary teams and managing your own team
• Experience with complex stakeholder management
• Excellent communication skills and a good command of both Dutch and English
