A small-scale and committed organization is looking for an ANIOS Occupational Medicine. You will join a warm team with short lines of communication and personal guidance, offering ample space to ask questions, gain experience, and develop yourself professionally.
What you will do.
- Guide employees who are absent from work or at risk of absence
- Conduct consultations and translate medical information into work possibilities
- Advise on work capacity, recovery
- Support employers and employees in sustainable return to work
- Collaborate with an experienced occupational physician and case managers
- Contribute to prevention and healthy working conditions
Profile
- Graduated as a basic doctor and BIG-registered
- Energized by personal contact and advising
- Engaged, eager to learn
- Good listening and communication skills
- Experience in occupational medicine is not required, but a plus
