Within the IT department of a major distribution player, the Study Domain is responsible for the evolution and operation of tools dedicated to Supply Chain management, particularly for downstream logistics: order preparation, shipping, delivery, and returns.
- The team seeks to strengthen its staff with a Business Analyst for the back-office Logistics / Distribution scope.
What you do
- Participate in the functional and technical framing of incoming business needs with the PM/PO of the Logistics scope and the team (benchmarking, mapping of existing systems, workshops).
- Participate in the functional design of projects with the Architect, other impacted feature teams, front-end team, and business stakeholders.
- Break down, write epics and user stories, and co-estimate them with the team, for the (English-speaking) development teams.
- Ensure the follow-up of user story development, guarantee compliance with defined priorities, and report blocking points and risk levels.
- Collect data sets, write test plans by relying on the test / QA team.
- Co-test and co-validate user stories.
- Actively participate in team life and various agile instances (Daily meeting, grooming, retro, demo, synchronization with other teams).
- Enrich business and functional documentation on the scope and share it with the team.
- Prepare and execute the demonstration of functionalities at the end of each development cycle.
- Define functional alerts for monitoring teams and KPIs for business follow-up.
- Also intervene in project coordination in support of the IT domain manager and cross-functional project managers.
What they ask
- Strong experience in detailed functional design (IT modeling, application architecture, process formalization).
- SQL practice.
- English speaker (written and oral).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the logistics field.
