What you will do.
- Provide systematic & expert care: accurate, individual, and total care to each patient, tailored to their physical and psychosocial needs.
- Apply the nursing process: collect data, identify problems, plan, execute, and evaluate care according to the requirements of a surgical department.
- Perform medical tasks: correctly execute delegated actions from the physician in accordance with legal provisions.
- Monitor continuity of care: report clearly and completely, both verbally and in the nursing file.
- Support department operations: contribute to nursing, administrative, technical, and household tasks.
- Guide & evaluate interns: provide a warm welcome, practical guidance, and fair evaluation.
Profile
- Qualified nurse: Bachelor's or HBO5 nursing diploma or basic nurse with a valid visa.
- Strong in clinical reasoning: assess care needs, independently plan, coordinate, execute, and evaluate care in an expert and flexible manner.
- Professionally assertive: communicate clearly and respectfully with patients and fellow healthcare providers, always based on expertise.
- Work accurately & hygienically: perform tasks in an orderly, safe, and quality-oriented manner.
- Stress-resistant: remain calm and work efficiently in a busy and rapidly changing surgical environment.
- Team-oriented collaborator: enjoy working together, support colleagues, and actively contribute to a positive team dynamic.
