Cultivate a positive team climate by embedding core Scrum values.
- Remove organizational and technical impediments to help the team reach its goals.
- Mentor junior peers through coaching and the exchange of best practices.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team.
What you do
- Facilitate and coach Scrum events across multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization based on value creation.
- Provide transparent reporting on team progress and operational effectiveness.
What they ask
- 3+ years experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) and multi-team environments.
- Experience using Agile management tools.
- Proven experience coaching mixed teams consisting of both business and IT stakeholders.
- Strong background in facilitating group dynamics and systematic organizational coaching.
- Experience in mentoring and supporting junior professionals.
- Fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.
- Required studies: Bachelor; Master.
Nice to Haves.
- Experience facilitating online workshops using Jira, Confluence, Mural, or MS Teams.
- Experience supporting the Product Owner role.
