You are flexibly deployable within various childcare labels. This means you work with different locations, teams, and pedagogical concepts, making no period the same. As a Location Manager, you apply your experience where it is most valuable at that moment. You temporarily take responsibility for locations, for example, due to long-term absence or an open vacancy. Additionally, you support and coach junior location managers and temporary professionals, and guide locations that require extra attention.
You quickly gain an overview, identify what is needed, and know how to involve employees and management. In doing so, you maintain the balance between pedagogical quality, employees, parents, and sound business operations.
