What you will do.
- Actively search for the right talent
- Write attractive vacancy texts
- Conduct personal interviews with candidates
- Guide the entire recruitment process from intake to placement
- Translate client wishes into a sustainable match
- Advise clients on the labor market
- Speak with candidates ready for a new step
- Demonstrate entrepreneurship and make a daily impact on the success of clients
Profile
- Get energy from discovering talent and building strong relationships
- Possess curiosity, commercial drive, and people skills
- Successfully bring together candidates and employers within the dynamic world of industry & logistics
- HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level, supplemented with relevant work experience
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing
- Experience with customer contact and finding talent via LinkedIn, among others
- A proactive attitude and strong communication skills
- A genuine interest in people and a keen eye for sustainable matches
