As a solar panel installer, you are an important link within a technical organization. Based on your expertise and experience, you ensure that solar panels and associated electrical installations are professionally installed, maintained, and repaired for both private and business customers. You work independently and take great responsibility for the quality and progress of your work.
What you do
- Mounting and installing solar panels
- Connecting the electrical installation
- Adjusting and checking complete systems
- Ensuring efficient, safe, and standard-compliant installations
- Troubleshooting malfunctions and performing maintenance
- Explaining to customers how the installation works and answering questions
- Working carefully with an eye for the safety of yourself, colleagues, customers, and the environment
What they ask
- A completed education in electrical engineering or a comparable technical education
- Preferably experience with solar panel installations and knowledge of roofing work
- Ability to work independently and customer-oriented
- Taking responsibility for your activities
- Working safely, flexibly
- In possession of a B driving license
- In possession of a VCA certificate (or willing to obtain it through the organization)
