In this role, you will perform an independent, all-round HR function within an organization. You will be responsible for implementing the full HR policy and will act as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and the board for all HR-related matters. Additionally, you will be the point of contact for the group's Corporate HR in the Netherlands.
What you will do.
- Ensuring correct personnel and payroll administration
- Guiding absenteeism and acting as a contact person for the occupational health service
- Maintaining contacts with pension providers, insurers, payroll processors, etc.
- Managing recruitment and selection and onboarding new colleagues
- Maintaining relationships with recruitment partners
- Performing other HR-related tasks

- Extensive experience in an all-round HR function
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations and experience with their application
