As a Kiosk Floor Manager, you ensure fast and good service in a compact retail environment at a station. You lead a small team and contribute to a pleasant shopping experience for travelers. You will work in an energetic team, amidst the dynamics of the station.
What you will do.
- You ensure the smooth running of operations
- You work on the floor, maintain an overview, and assist colleagues where necessary
- You distribute tasks and provide clear instructions
- You quickly resolve problems
- You motivate colleagues and ensure a good atmosphere
- You monitor the quality of products and service
- You ensure an attractive and clean store
- You ensure that everyone works safely and according to regulations
What they ask
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Broad availability for both opening and closing shifts (between 05:00 and 01:00, weekdays and weekends)
- Openness to further develop English language skills
- Dutch at B1 level is required
- Experience is a plus, but also suitable for a next career step

- The location is reachable within 30 minutes without public transport, given the early/late working hours.
