For a major international player in the energy transition, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Manager. You will support two IT teams working on solutions dedicated to the management and optimization of renewable energy assets: wind, solar, and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
What you will do. You will be responsible for facilitating and continuously improving the Agile practices of the two teams, with a key role in the predictability, quality, and fluidity of deliveries. Your tasks will include:
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies: Planning, Daily, Review, and Retrospective.
- Supporting teams in backlog management and prioritization.
- Improving predictability, velocity, and delivery flow.
- Identifying and removing impediments and dependencies.
- Fostering collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
- Supporting the preparation and coordination of PI Planning.
- Ensuring the interface with scaled Agile governance (SAFe).
- Coaching teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders in their Agile maturity.
- Contributing to the improvement of software development lifecycle practices and standards.
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Solid command of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile.
- Experience in a SAFe / scaled Agile environment.
- Demonstrated experience in improving team predictability and performance.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict management skills.
- Ability to influence and unite without hierarchical authority.
- Good understanding of IT environments: SDLC, CI/CD, application architecture, testing, and releases.
- Experience in the energy, financial markets, trading, or commodities sectors is a plus.
- PSM II certification or equivalent is appreciated.
- Professional English is essential; French and/or Dutch is an asset.
