This role is for a Process & Governance Expert within a leading financial organization. The assignment is offered on a contract basis.
What you do
- Help create structure, transparency, and consistency across critical end-to-end global HR NFR processes.
- Analyze existing ways of working.
- Document and redesign processes.
- Coordinate with numerous stakeholders across entities.
- Establish sustainable governance practices.
- Work independently, navigate ambiguity, and engage a large number of stakeholders.
- Translate complex activities into clear, structured process documentation and practical solutions.
- Play a key role in helping the team mature its operating model and strengthen its governance framework.
What they ask
- Mid-level or greater experience in process design, process mapping, and structured documentation.
- Hands-on experience with data validation, reconciliation, and data quality controls.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Practical experience with SharePoint, Power BI, and workflow automation, such as Power Automate.
- Strong analytical, research, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver accurate outputs.
- Understanding of governance frameworks and the Three Lines of Defense model.
- Experience in Non-Financial Risk, Operational Risk, process management, or financial services is advantageous.
