Within a multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with company doctors and other professionals. As a process guardian, you ensure that all stakeholders carry out the correct steps according to the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter (Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act). Additionally, you are a point of contact for colleagues, sharing your knowledge and contributing to the development of junior colleagues.

- HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level
- CROV/ROV/RCCM qualification
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the field of absenteeism
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Engaged and socially oriented with a collaborative attitude
- Skilled in providing solicited and unsolicited advice
