What you will do.
- Advise professional and private clients on the choice of products and technical solutions
- Analyze client needs to propose the most suitable solutions
- Establish price offers and quotes
- Ensure administrative and commercial follow-up of client files
- Enter orders and ensure their proper management
- Coordinate order processing with logistics teams
- Respond to technical and commercial requests from clients
- Develop a relationship of trust with the clientele
- Collaborate with different departments to guarantee an excellent level of service
- Actively participate in achieving the agency's objectives
Profile
- You have initial experience in an internal sales, technical sales, or customer advisory role
- You have knowledge of electricity, lighting, HVAC, or a similar technical sector
- You are comfortable with daily contact with both professional and private clients
- You have a good understanding of the technical aspects related to the products
- You are organized, rigorous, and capable of managing several files simultaneously
- You have a good command of IT tools
- You are solution-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction
- You are recognized for your sense of service, team spirit
- You wish to evolve in a technical environment where collaboration and mutual aid are valued
