You will work as a Caregiver IG within a flexible pool at various care locations of a care organization.

You provide warm and personal care to residents.
You motivate residents to participate in (group) activities and/or daytime activities.
You combine care actions with guidance tasks.
This includes stimulating self-reliance, offering a listening ear, and supporting daily activities.
You adapt effortlessly to the needs of the client and the team.
Working in the flexible pool offers room for a good work-life balance but can also entail peak loads due to ad-hoc services and/or cover during holiday periods.
Flexible pool employees are valued and make a significant contribution to both the team and the residents.

Profile

What they ask

A diploma from the Caregiver IG (level 3) training.
Affinity with care for people with disabilities and/or elderly clients.
You are available for a varying schedule, including sleep shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Your input is valued, and you are given room to contribute ideas.
Good secondary employment conditions, including holiday pay (8%), an end-of-year bonus (8.33%), and pension accrual.
