For a leading industrial player in a specific region, a Construction Site Manager is sought for the follow-up of various investment projects. This role involves the organization, coordination, and follow-up of construction activities within a complex brownfield environment.
What you will do.
- Safely prepare work activities and draw up work permits.
- Manage, guide, and coordinate contractors during execution.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations.
- Safeguard the quality of the executed works according to specifications, plans, and internal standards.
- Organize and lead site meetings and consultation moments with various stakeholders.
- Follow up on planning, progress, administration, and project documentation.
- Support the design team during constructability reviews and preparation of execution works.
- Handle the transfer and final delivery of projects.
Profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience.
- Experience within an industrial environment and brownfield projects.
- Good knowledge of safety regulations within the industry.
- You can read technical plans and independently interpret execution plans.
- Knowledge of MS Office is required; experience with SAP, SharePoint, AutoCAD, or 3D viewers is a plus.
- VCA-VOL certificate is mandatory.
- Fluent Dutch and English.
- Academic bachelor in Construction or equivalent by experience.
