What you do
- You manage your own client and real estate portfolio and follow up on files from the first commercial opportunity to a concrete deal.
- You combine advice, relationship management, and business development.
- You fulfill a commercial role in which you build trust, detect opportunities, and guide entrepreneurs in important investment decisions.
- You manage and develop an existing portfolio of B2B clients and investors.
- You actively build new relationships with entrepreneurs and potential investors.
- You detect commercial opportunities within the commercial real estate market.
- You analyze investment possibilities and translate them into clear and well-founded advice.
- You guide clients throughout the entire commercial process: from the first meeting and viewing to negotiation and contract finalization.
- You manage your own real estate portfolio and actively monitor the progress of your files.
- You closely follow market developments, prices, and opportunities within commercial real estate.
- You collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners to successfully complete files.
What they ask
- You can provide commercial advice and build trust with entrepreneurs.
- You have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant commercial experience, preferably within real estate, investments, or another B2B advisory environment.
- You have a recognized BIV number.
- You have an affinity for real estate, entrepreneurship, and investments.
- You are good at listening, asking probing questions, and understanding the need behind an investment query.
- You communicate professionally and convincingly with entrepreneurs and investors.
- You are discreet, diplomatic, and strong in negotiations.
- You work independently and take responsibility for your own files and results.
