As a Maintenance Coordinator Rotating Equipment, you will coordinate the maintenance of rotating equipment at a complex petrochemical site. You will form the link between Operations and execution, focusing on safety, availability, quality, and costs. Within this role, the responsibility lies with planning, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance activities for rotating equipment. Daily alignment with Operations, Engineering, Planning, and contractors determines which activities receive priority.
What you do
- Coordinate maintenance activities for rotating equipment
- Align daily with Operations on priorities and execution
- Determine the maintenance scope based on malfunctions, reliability
- Manage contractors during execution
- Monitor safety, quality
- Maintain an overview of ongoing work and available capacity
- Analyze malfunctions and failure mechanisms
- Contribute to structural improvements and root cause analyses
- Monitor KPIs for lead time, budget
- Report on progress, deviations
- Collaborate closely with engineers, planners, and operational teams
What they ask
- Minimum MBO-4 degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Approximately ten years of relevant experience in the petrochemical or a similar industry
- Solid technical knowledge of rotating equipment
- Knowledge of common malfunctions and failure mechanisms
- Experience in a similar role within an asset owner organization
- Clearly manage contractors and executing personnel
- Maintain calm and overview under high operational pressure
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Work solution-oriented and actively contribute to improvements
- Demonstrably act from a safety and Goal Zero mentality
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Good command of Dutch and English
