This is a fixed-term position with a one-year contract, with the possibility of an extension.
- In this commercially important and multidisciplinary role, you will be responsible for the technical clinical content of the tender bids submitted for key European markets.
- You will work closely with product experts within the Clinical Development Team to create and write technical reports and maintain all tender-related clinical documentation.
- With your growing knowledge of products, both those of the organization and its competitors, you will ensure the technical content of bids is accurate and of high quality.
- Within this role, you will also support the maintenance of the tender bid and appeal process, conduct tender analysis and support administrative tasks within the Clinical Development Operations team.
What you do
- Support in the preparation and creation of technical clinical documentation for tender bids.
- Maintain product-related documentation to be used in tender bids, including technical reports and data sheets.
- Understand the applicable tender and public procurement procedures within European countries.
- Support the maintenance of tender related processes across the Clinical Development team.
- Assist in analyzing tender requirements and post-awarding results.
- Develop product and clinical expertise applicable to the role.
What they ask
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of experience within a similar type of role.
- Experience working in an international and multidisciplinary environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of another European Language, preferably Italian, Spanish or Portuguese, is a plus.
