What you do
- Manage and plan the content calendar for all platforms
- Travel to visit projects, film interviews, and collect unique, authentic content
- Produce and edit short, dynamic videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and edit photos
- Translate business successes, partnerships, and policy content into engaging LinkedIn posts
- Identify new trends and opportunities on social media and translate them directly into usable content
What they ask
- In-depth, up-to-date knowledge of algorithms, best practices, and creative possibilities of social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strategic translation of communication strategy into catchy content lines and measurable campaigns
- Ability to engage, activate, and grow a community, proactive in interaction and engagement
- Excellent eye for style, composition, and the organization's house style
- Independent creation and editing of stunning photos and videos
- Flawless, persuasive, and sparkling texts with perfect captions and strong calls-to-action
- Self-starter and self-editor who can bring an idea from concept to publication, including all necessary edits and optimizations
- Preference: Ecological knowledge (pollinators, plants, biodiversity) or willingness to quickly acquire it
- Driven and enthusiastic, enjoys being on the road and interviewing people
- Reliable, structured, and able to manage own (travel) agenda and meet deadlines
