As an ANIOS Occupational Health, you will work within a national organization focused on SMEs. You will combine medical guidance with an increasingly advisory role. You will have a lot of autonomy over your schedule.
What you will do.
- Guide employees in case of absenteeism, recovery, and sustainable employability.
- Investigate factors influencing recovery and what is needed to remain healthy and sustainably employed.
- Advise employees and employers on work capacity, absenteeism, prevention, and sustainable employability.
- Collaborate intensively with occupational health practice assistants (POB) and absenteeism case managers.
- Develop into an advisor and partner for employees and employers.
