A human-sized fiduciary firm, active for almost 40 years, is looking for a professional. The organization relies on a loyal portfolio of local clients, ranging from small structures to larger companies. The focus is on proximity and advising entrepreneurs. The accountant becomes a trusted interlocutor, involved in the accounting and tax choices of their clients.
The two partners, available and committed, transmit their expertise through constant supervision: quarterly reviews, individualized annual interviews, everything is in place to support everyone's progress. The firm operates according to modern methods and advanced digitalization, particularly via the Horus software, which limits the time spent on manual encoding and allows more room for analysis, control, and advice. The recently renovated premises are easily accessible and have free parking.
You will join a friendly team, where collective highlights (team buildings, various activities) punctuate the life of the firm.
What you do
- After a gradual integration adapted to your profile, you will take over the autonomous management of approximately 40 client files.
- You will be responsible for the complete accounting follow-up of your files: automated encoding, quarterly VAT, corporate tax, personal income tax, DNA declarations, annual closings, and balance sheet preparation.
- You will advise your clients on their accounting and tax issues, in a true spirit of support.
- You will use the firm's digital tools to analyze and verify accounting data.
- You will participate in the supervision of more junior colleagues, sharing your experience and knowledge.
Profile
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a fiduciary firm and know how to manage a portfolio independently.
- You are perfectly familiar with the process of an accounting file, from entry to the closing of annual accounts.
- Client contact does not scare you, and you enjoy supporting entrepreneurs in their decisions.
- Your French, both written and oral, is impeccable.
- Experience with the Horus software will be a real plus for your onboarding.
- You are motivated to continue your ITAA journey: the internship is financially supported and supervised by a dedicated internship master.
- You are open to flexible collaboration, either as an employee or as an independent contractor.
