Support a European institution by designing, setting up, and managing digital platforms and communication tools.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual dialogue with CSOs, foundations, and local authorities.
- Draft concept notes, background papers, and policy updates.
- Manage web content, analytics, and project management tools compatible with the institution's IT environment.
- Assist the European Commission in facilitating spaces for dialogue (in-person and virtual) and consultations at global and regional level with civil society networks, foundations and associations of local authorities and EU institutions and Member States, mainly through a Policy Forum on Development, and ad hoc consultations.
- Support the institution in exploring new avenues of cooperation with CSOs, foundations, and LAs.
- Contribute to the drafting of concept notes, regular updates on policy issues, and background papers.
Profile
- At least a university degree (Master degree or equivalent) in disciplines related to digital communication platforms and/or online content. This diploma may be replaced by a Bachelor degree (or equivalent) plus 3 years of work experience in design, set up, maintenance of online presence and/or digital communication platforms in addition to the 3 years requirement under the general professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years in working on digital technologies (web standards, page design, web content management systems, web analytics and performance measurement tools, etc.).
- C1 level of English.
- C1 level of either French or Spanish.
- At least B2 level of the other language (Spanish or French, as applicable) will be considered as an asset.
