As a physician, do you want to make a real impact within a multidisciplinary care environment and contribute to meaningful care for vulnerable clients? A healthcare organization is looking for a Basic Physician (ANIOS) to strengthen care for adults with complex care needs. You will work within a team that combines high-quality care with attention to the individual and their life story.
What you will do.
- Perform medical intakes, diagnostic examinations
- Develop and evaluate treatment plans in consultation with the team and client
- Conduct psychiatric, somatic, and functional examinations
- Prescribe medication within your competencies and coordinate this with specialists
- Coordinate care processes and consult with involved disciplines
- Maintain contacts with family, referrers, and external partners
Profile
- Completed medical degree and registration in the BIG register
- Experience or affinity with complex care or mental health-related issues is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional, empathetic attitude with attention to person-centered care
- Team-oriented work style with independence and collaboration
