What you do
- You manage HR controlling through budgets, forecasts, staffing, and cost analyses.
- You analyze and leverage HR data via dashboards, KPIs, and reports for management.
- You ensure the management, optimization, and reliability of HR systems (HRIS) and associated data.
- You coordinate digital HR transformation projects and the implementation of new tools in collaboration with IT.
- You support stakeholders by presenting analyses and recommendations to drive performance and decision-making.
Profile
- You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Management Control, Economics, or Human Resources; a dual expertise in Finance + HR is a major asset.
- You have 8 to 12 years of experience in controlling, HR budget management, data analysis, and leading transformation projects in an international environment.
- You master English at a minimum C1 level, both orally and in writing; knowledge of French and other languages is a plus.
- You are IT friendly: you are proficient in using Excel, reporting and data analysis tools, budgeting/forecasting platforms, and HRIS; knowledge of SuccessFactors is an asset.
- You are analytical, results-oriented, with collaborative leadership, an excellent communicator, and a change agent.
